Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
Base Plan (month-to-month): You may cancel your Base subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice to accounts@localburstmedia.com. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect.
Unlimited, Exclusive, and Home Services Exclusive Plans (3-month minimum): These plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation requests submitted during the commitment period will take effect at the end of the 3-month term. After the initial commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period following the notice period.

How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, send an email to accounts@localburstmedia.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and include your business name and the subscription you wish to cancel. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your cancellation request within 2 business days.
Refund Policy
LocalBurst subscriptions are billed in advance for each monthly period. Because leads are delivered on an ongoing basis throughout each billing cycle, we generally do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
Exceptions: If LocalBurst fails to deliver any leads during a full billing cycle due to a service error on our part, you may request a credit or refund for that billing period. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the end of the affected billing cycle.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email accounts@localburstmedia.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include a description of the issue.

Exclusive Slot Release
When an Exclusive or Home Services Exclusive subscription is canceled, the exclusive slot is released and made available to other subscribers after the cancellation takes effect. Exclusive slots are not held or reserved after cancellation.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at accounts@localburstmedia.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and directly.
